this could be a very good thing. I tried to use Win XP in non-admin mode, and it was far too frustrating, so I'm back to mostly staying logged in as administrator, in spite of understanding only too well the drawbacks of doing that.
what kinds of problems did you run into trying to use xp as a normal user? i'm collecting (and dogfooding) a bunch of tips and techniques for using xp with LUA because i'm going to set my dad's office up so that everyone uses a non-admin account on their systems. maybe some of the stuff i've found can help.
